No refunds or chargebacks will be processed. Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed. We offer various ways to receive FREE Balance, Coupons, and Deposit offers. However, we reserve the right to review and deduct any free balance from your account if we deem it to be misused. If we choose to deduct all or part of the free balance from your account, and your account balance becomes negative, your account will be automatically suspended. If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you may request to make a custom payment to resolve the balance and activate your account.
